I had high expectations for my stay at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel De La Paix, Geneva, but it was quite a mixed experience. While the setting by Lake Geneva was picturesque and the staff's hospitality left a positive impression, the service shortcomings were disappointing. My room, although well-appointed, had some noise issues, and the dining experience didn't live up to the hotel's reputation.
